Webinar: Changed Circumstances: The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic Upon Healthcare Liability Exposure

ABOUT THE WEBINAR:

This webinar will address the rapidly changing landscape for healthcare providers, as they deal with fallout from the COVID-19 crises.  The use and availability of personal protective equipment (PPEs), the promotion of off-label prescription drugs, shortages in available manpower, and the overall stress placed upon the healthcare system have led to changed circumstances which may redefine the standard of care applicable to healthcare professionals in numerous ways.  This webinar will address potential exposure to healthcare liability actions as a result of the changes in the practice during this unprecedented time and the best practices to limit that exposure.
