ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

J. Scott Fanzini received his Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Economics from Butler University and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law. Scott has been lead counsel on numerous high exposure cases tried to jury. He has published and lectured in the areas of trial practice, medical malpractice, risk management, taxation, and professional responsibility. He is a member of the Professional Liability Group at Merry, Farnen & Ryan, P.C. where he counsels individuals and businesses in complex litigation including medical, dental, and legal malpractice, catastrophic injury claims, and first and third-party insurance matters.
