CMS Series - Introduction to the CMS Behavioral Strategy, sponsored by Greater Kansas City MGMA

Dr. Rick Wild, Chief Medical Office for the CMS Atlanta Regional Office, will be introducing the newly released CMS Behavioral Strategy and its implications for practicing physicians, clinicians, and other practice groups.

NOTE:  This is also your opportunity to be one of the first groups to provide reactions, concerns, and suggestions on the new strategy to CMS.

The presentation will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the strategy, or anything else CMS-related.

Dr. Wild is active in the Regional Opioid policy advisory group as well as a behavioral health work group. The CMS Behavioral Strategy has just been released to the public.

Dr. Wild will present and then open the majority of the meeting to listen to the participants reactions, concerns, and suggestions. Given the ongoing work and priorities on behavioral health, substance and opioid use disorder (SUD and OUD), and health equity, etc. this will be a wonderful opportunity to listen to concerns and reactions as this cross-cutting strategy will have implications for all practicing physicians and other clinicians and practice groups.
