It’s vital to use a strategic approach that emphasizes recruiting the right employees who will stay for an extended period of time. We’ll talk about a few proven strategies that are working in today’s market and also talk about how you can discover and market your own Unique Selling Points.
About our Speaker
As the Director of Recruitment and Workforce Development for the Missouri Primary Care Association, Joni Adamson partners with an array of local, state, and national organizations, academic institutions, and healthcare professionals to improve access throughout Missouri. She focuses mostly on the areas of healthcare workforce development, trends and analysis, recruitment, and retention. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from William Woods University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration from Columbia College. She previously served on the National Advisory Council for the National Health Service Corps; and currently serves on the MO Healthcare Data System Advisory Board; Board of Directors for the Rural, Recruitment and Retention Network (3RNET), currently serving as the Treasurer; Program Advisory Committee for Concorde Career College; and the Missouri Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility (Flex) Program Advisory Committee. Joni is a Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional.
