ABOUT THE WEBINAR:

Managing staff in any practice can be tricky; managing a team with up to five generations adds a whole new dynamic! This session will help you identify the generations and the elements that come with each group, how to navigate those relationships, and conflicts that may arise. We'll also discuss ways to combine the groups to best utilize their respective talents and skills in the workplace.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Julie Kniseley, SHRM-SCP, President, HR Solutions
Julie leads the James Moore HR Solutions Consulting team, which provides clients with guidance and solutions to build and improve their HR infrastructure. Clients include start-ups, non-profits, government entities, construction companies, medical practices and more. She is regularly asked to give presentations to various professional organizations.

Katie Howard, PHR, Senior Human Resources Consultant
At James Moore, Katie advises clients on HR-related matters and serves internally as an HR generalist. She has also been a panelist and session leader at events such as the Forbes School of Business Thought Leadership Summit, the Jacksonville We Rise Women’s Conference and Brenau University’s Workplace Seminar.
